At Mellow Sleep, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your new bedding isn't a perfect fit, you have 30 nights to initiate a return for a full refund. We are committed to ensuring your comfort and offer a streamlined process for all domestic returns and exchanges.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Package with Care
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
